Bylaws Review Committee

Every three (3) years Rotary's Council on Legislation reviews the Rotary Intenational Standard Rotary Club Bylaws and Constitution. Last revision was July 2025. The purpose of the Bylaws Review Committee is to review the Rotary Club of Richmond TX USA and Rotary Club of Richmond INC bylaws and constitution to assure compliance with Rotary International's most current guidelines. The Committee is to review current bylaws and make recommendations to the Board of Directors. Upon the Borad's approval, the revised modifications shall be submitted to the club's membership for approval.
